Robin is a pastor, preacher, teacher and artist with a passion for helping congregations to reclaim liturgy as the “work of the people”.  Her invitation to collaboration and improvisation has been called "refreshing," "inspiring," and "powerful." Robin combines her background in music, theater, and dance with a variety of worship and preaching styles to help congregations find their own organic style.

Robin received a Master of Divinity degree from Andover Newton Theological School with a concentration in congregational transformation and worship.  She is a Church Development Consultant and Intentional Interim Minister, with a focus on governance and leadership development, stewardship, and worship. 

Robin also serves as Board Chair of the Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists (AWAB).  Her passion is to facilitate the embodiment of AWAB’s call to be The National Voice for LGBT Baptists.            

She and her partner, the Rev, K. Shayna Appel, live in Milford, NH.
