Minister Verdell Anthony Wright is a doctoral student at Howard University in Washington, DC. Originally from Asbury Park, NJ, he earned an undergraduate degree in Journalism from Rutgers University in 2006,  a Master of Divinity from Howard University School of Divinity in 2012, and an additional graduate degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2014.

Minister Wright currently attends and serves Lincoln Temple UCC. His aim is to reach people with God’s liberating message in groundbreaking and innovative ways so they can experience freedom and justice.
